CUSTOMER CHARTER
Proposal
To undertake a comprehensive system of receiving, dispatching and
delivering all volumes of cargo on behalf of our customers to any
destination in
Operation Plan
Consolidate all exports at one designated warehouse for, at least, weekly
shipment.
Prepare all documentation for export procedures from the
Prepare a separate loading list, waybill and CMR note with all contact
names and telephone numbers of consignees to enable immediate advice
relating to the procedures required for custom clearance procedures to be
effected.
Designate one point of contact and one telephone number within the bonded
terminal to co-ordinate the arrival and dispatch of the cargo to the
consignee.
After final custom clearance procedures, to deliver to final destination
if required.
To accept EX-WORKS and FOB consignments for delivery to arrival terminal
and specified city limits. To obtain all freight charges on behalf of the
customer from the consignee before release of cargo, where requested.
To obtain signed documentation, as proof of delivery for the customer, as
and when required.
